Job Title : Data Scientist

Location : Kochi, Trivandrum, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), data analysis, and machine learning algorithms. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in mathematics, statistics, and algorithms, with experience in programming languages like Python and Java. This role involves designing and implementing machine learning models and working collaboratively within a team to drive innovative solutions. A passion for problem-solving and strong communication skills are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning models, with a strong focus on NLP tasks.
  • Apply advanced algorithms and data analysis techniques to improve model performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and other team members to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
  • Continuously optimize and fine-tune existing models based on new data and emerging techniques.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python and Java.
  • Troubleshoot and debug machine learning models and pipelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and NLP technologies.
  • Effectively communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Machine Learning : Proven experience in designing and implementing machine learning models.
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP) : Deep understanding of NLP techniques and frameworks.
  • Data Analysis : Strong background in analyzing and interpreting complex datasets.
  • Database Management : Experience with managing and querying databases.
  • Programming : Proficiency in Python and Java.
  • Mathematics & Algorithms : Deep knowledge of mathematical concepts such as probability, statistics, and algorithms.
  • Communication : Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Teamwork : Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    • Good-to-Have Skills :

  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Knowledge of large language models (LLMs).
  • Understanding of software architecture and data modeling.
  • Experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments.

    • Experience Range :

  • Experience : 5+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Education : BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
