Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven  Inside Sales Specialist  to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting potential clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a critical role in expanding Physica’s reach and delivering exceptional service to patients and partner clinics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Convert inbound leads into customers by understanding their needs and effectively communicating Physica’s value proposition.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience : 3-5 years in inside sales, lead generation, or a related role.
  • Sales Acumen :  Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer-Centric Approach :  Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy :  Comfortable using CRM software, sales tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • Problem-Solving :  Ability to handle objections and find solutions to customer concerns.
  • Collaborative Mindset :  Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
