JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a Lead Product Management who will be actively working under CRX projects for Advanced Home Delivery and Bioplus integration.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to :

• Provide support for critical business applications.
• Should be able to write requirements for the Integration, conversion and configuration activities
• Should be aware of the HRP Business process and has worked in system integration
• Partners with business, architecture, upstream-downstream teams and oversees all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business users, development teams and vendors.
• Work with application architects, developers, QA, and other technical team members to drive successful technical solutions.
• Write Technical Stories with the Team and provide a detailed acceptance criteria
• Assists in systems solutions that support overall business strategies.
• Defines functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of clinical systems.
• Defines scope, objectives and coordinates system specifications that drive system development and implementation.
• Function as a liaison between IT and business users.
• Demonstrate both business and technical expertise.
• Communicates clearly and effectively to diverse audiences of technical and non-technical personnel.
• Creates and performs feature testing and determines environmental needs.
• Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.
• Proactively works with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements.
• In depth knowledge of tools utilized – Jira, Confluence.
• Basic Knowledge on Data base and SQL.
• Should have work experience in API Testing / Dev.
• Experience in designing, building, and supporting the components of data warehouse, such as ETL processes, databases, reports, and reporting environments
• Identifies and documents all requirements for both new and current data warehouse components and reports by working with end users
