Qualifications Mandatory : Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI – Executive Level Passed or Professional Level Passed, with a strong understanding of the Companies Act. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Optional : Knowledge of NBFC policies and / or experience in banking / NBFC sector Legal and Compliance knowledge

Key Responsibilities :

• Drafting resolutions, MoMs of board and general meetings, notices, and other documents
• Drafting agreements with partners, third-party service providers, other stakeholders
• Managing appointments / changes of directors, KMP, and Director KYC compliance
• Filing annual documents and charge-related forms with the Registrar of Companies (ROC)
• Handling share issuance, transfers, and other corporate compliance activities
• Managing business licensing and regulatory registrations
• Acting as a liaison between the board, management, regulatory bodies, and auditors
