We are seeking a seasoned Dayforce Functional Consultant with strong experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workforce Management (WFM) modules. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of overall experience in HRIS / ERP systems and at least 4 years of hands-on Dayforce implementation and support experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Dayforce HCM and WFM modules.
- Lead or support full-cycle implementations and optimizations of Dayforce functionality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
- Configure and test Dayforce modules, including Payroll, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Benefits, and other HCM features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, integration, and data.
- Work closely with technical teams to support integrations, data migration, and reporting.
- Provide training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support to end users and HR teams.
- Participate in workshops, design sessions, and status meetings with clients and internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
10+ years of total experience in HRIS or ERP systems with strong domain knowledge in HCM and WFM.4+ years of recent, hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM and WFM modules.Proven experience in multiple end-to-end Dayforce implementations.Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Scheduling processes.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage clients and manage expectations.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
