We are seeking a highly skilled experienced Project Manager in IT Service Industry. The ideal candidate will lead and manage technology IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and drive continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ability to handle the projects independently with no supervision.
  • Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Guide team members technically wherever they need technical support, particularly with Node.js, React.js and JavaScript technologies.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging team members to share ideas and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

    • Desired Candidate Profile :

    Experience : 5 to 8 Years

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven work experience in managing software development projects, Agile methodologies, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of the Agile software development lifecycle and technical concepts.
  • Understanding of cutting edge technologies.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Good to have :

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
