Actuarial Specialist (IAI, IFOA)

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Actuarial Analyst (P&C, General, Commercial). The Actuarial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing statistical data, preparing reports, assessing financial risks, and helping to set pricing for insurance products. They will use advanced statistical methods to estimate the likelihood and cost of events such as property damage, accidents, and other perils. The role also includes collaborating with other departments to support business decision-making and maintaining communication with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Statistics
• Background in Finance and Mathematics
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification such as AIA, IFOA, or equivalent is preferred
