We’re a fast-growing startup building multi-AI agent systems that revolutionize Ops with LLM-driven capabilities. We need a strategic and hands-on Marketing & GTM Specialist who can expertly blend marketing automation, brand advocacy, and outbound / inbound lead generation. If you’re ready to design and execute campaigns that engage technical audiences, position cutting-edge AI solutions, and own go-to-market strategies from end to end, we want you on board.
Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy : Plan and execute integrated GTM initiatives for new AI / DevOps features—craft messaging, identify target segments, and coordinate launches.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing : Leverage social platforms (, Twitter), email outreach, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot / Marketo) to build and maintain a robust pipeline.
- Content & Thought Leadership : Produce compelling blog posts, short articles, and social updates highlighting our multi-AI agent approach; translate complex technical breakthroughs into clear business benefits.
- Outbound Prospecting : Use Sales Navigator, targeted email sequences, and dev communities to connect with potential mid- to large-scale enterprise clients.
- Sales Enablement : Collaborate with product experts to present tailored demos, refine pitch decks, and close deals. Gather feedback to iterate on messaging.
- Analytics & Optimization : Track funnel performance, measure campaign results, and optimize for maximum ROI. Coordinate with leadership to adjust strategies based on real-time data.
Ideal Candidate
Years of Experience : 3–5 years in B2B marketing, sales, or GTM roles—preferably within SaaS, AI, DevOps, or enterprise software.Marketing Automation : Comfortable with HubSpot, Apollo.io, or similar tools for lead scoring, nurturing campaigns, and CRM management.Technical Acumen : Basic understanding of AIOps, DevOps, Observability, or AI / ML—enough to communicate product value confidently.Outbound & Inbound : Skilled at both generating leads through social channels and nurturing inbound interest with targeted content.Communication : Excellent copywriting and presentation skills; ability to distill technical features into compelling stories for senior decision-makers.What We Look For
