Job descriptionBe the business point of contact for new projects, formulate implementation plans and strategies along with ensuring quality checks.Implement new features while maintaining full control over changes applied across all supported systems to interface each other seamless. Ability to test new functionality proposals, evaluate and suggest recommended options to stakeholders.Ensure that the supported systems are performing as expected and escalate any problems raised during the normal function of the systemProactively manage the level of expectation of internal stakeholders in relation to the benefits of the supported systems.
