The Dezerv team brings together decades of investing expertise from leading global financial institutions like JP Morgan, UBS, BNP Paribas, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

1. Daily Operations & Reporting :

Ensure smooth functioning of daily business-as-usual (BAU) operations with timely and accurate reporting.
Handle the complete lifecycle of Fixed Income trades, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Respond promptly to queries from clients and other stake holders within agreed turnaround times (TAT).

2. Compliance & Risk :

Ensure that all Fixed Income operations activities comply with agreed procedures and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and deliver accurate and timely reports to regulators, exchanges, and external clients.

Address audit queries and provide required data for internal and external audits

3. Process Improvement :

Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and controls.

Ensure reconciliation processes are performed daily and error-free.

Maintain up-to-date and complete process documentation.

Skills & Experience Required :

Experience of around 2-4 years on Fixed Income desk

Strong understanding of Fixed Income products and trade lifecycle management.

Process & Execution Skills : Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and ability to execute tasks efficiently.

Platform Experience : Proficiency in Wealth Spectrum is an added advantage.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and tools.
