Visible One Digital Marketing Agency excels at performance marketing to elevate 7-figure eCommerce businesses into 8-figure giants. Our team is looking for an experienced and energetic Google Ads Growth Director to become part of our staff full-time. The Growth Director will guide and enhance the performance of specific clients who use Google Ads. Your job includes full responsibility for client management and direct execution of advertising platform strategies while maintaining ownership of overall strategy. This role includes full responsibility for managing meetings and reporting functions as well as optimization processes.

How You’ll Make An Impact :

This position will operate in two phases :

Phase 1 (30 Days)

  • You will undergo training on our process along with comprehensive training of our M3 Method.
  • Participants will shadow high-performing team members together with our founder during diverse client-facing call sessions.
  • The client onboarding process starts when you meet your first client while receiving direct one-on-one mentoring to fully adopt our process.
  • When client launches begin, you assume responsibility for the relationship while receiving guidance from our Founder Sam and top team members.

Phase 2 (30+ Days)

  • You will increase your client responsibilities until you independently manage six clients. Core activities will include :
  • The ability to manage business strategies that support clients' key performance indicators and revenue targets.
  • Consistent execution through platform tools involves regular campaign analysis and troubleshooting with optimization methods to enhance ROAS and KPI performance.
  • You will lead all client communications through daily Slack interactions while maintaining transparency and strong relationship management and providing regular strategy updates.
  • Weekly client performance reviews.
  • Monthly client creative reviews.
  • Phase 3 (TBD ~ Leadership)

  • Employees who excel in this role have a defined progression route to advance into Pod Leader positions. Pod Leaders lead Growth Director teams to ensure pod alignment with KPI achievements while decreasing overall churn rates. Success in this step demands detailed focus and demonstrable performance results while building strong teamwork relationships.
  • Essentials for the Role :

    Google Ads Mastery :

  • Demonstrated expertise in running Google Ads campaigns for multiple eCommerce businesses.
  • Complete understanding of advertisement optimization, campaign creation, and error troubleshooting.
  • Google Ads shopping feed management.
  • If you regularly rattle off these acronyms in conversation, this role is for you : This role requires you to be comfortable discussing these digital marketing metrics : CPC, CTR, CPM, MER, ROI, ROAS, CPA, CAC, CVR.
  • Agency Account Management :

  • Demonstrated ability to manage eCommerce brand accounts from an agency perspective.
  • The individual demonstrates expertise in overseeing client reporting tasks while also managing performance calls and conducting creative discussions.
  • Exceptional communication skills enable clients to feel both heard and understood.
  • Tracking and Analytics :

  • Comprehensive understanding of tracking mechanisms.
  • Skilled in using UTMs to track and analyze data effectively.
  • Shopify Proficiency :

  • Practical knowledge of Shopify shows deep platform proficiency.
  • Google Sheets Proficiency :

  • Basic foundational experience in Google Sheets.
  • Possesses skills to edit and adjust reports according to the unique demands of each client.
  • Previous Experience :

  • This candidate brings five years of specialized Google Ads experience in the eCommerce industry.
  • 5 Years Experience in client-facing management.
