Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Advocate (with minimum 5 years of prior experience) at our office in Delhi, India. The candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients. Daily tasks include drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, representing clients in court, and negotiating on behalf of clients. The role also entails staying updated with the latest legal developments.

Qualifications

• Legal advice and representation experience of minimum 5 years
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in client negotiations and court representation
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Experience in commercial law is an advantage
