We have our own chamber in Delhi High Court and are engaged in matters spanning eclectic fields of law such as criminal law, civil law, service matters, and arbitration.
We offer the Candidate a wide and rich experience of litigation before the various courts and tribunals in New Delhi. Candidate shall be expected to appear and argue in cases entrusted to the Candidate. Responsibilities
- The responsibilities include preparing for arguments, appearing and arguing before the various courts & tribunals, as well as drafting legal briefs and e-filing in the various courts.
- Candidate will be expected to maintain the back-end office work which includes updating of case files, preparation of office cause-lists, and to supervise the office clerical staff.
Qualifications
Basic qualification of LL.B - energetic, eager to learn freshers also welcomeCandidate must be registered with a Bar Council and must be having a valid license / AIBE Certificate to practice law.Candidate must be well conversant with skills of arguments and appearances before various courts & tribunals in New Delhi.Candidate must be having basic experience of least 1 years of appearances / arguments before various courts & tribunals in New Delhi.Preferences
Candidate must be well versed with basic principles of drafting, legal researching and basic office management skills.It is desirable that the Candidate has his / her own laptop for office work.Remuneration
Candidate shall be paid on a monthly basis.Basic salary is negotiable, and shall be commensurate with the experience and skills of the Candidate.
