Your Mission

Scout for under-construction luxury apartments, villas, and homes in and around Hyderabad. You'll be the

first point of discovery - finding where new premium homes are being built, who's building them, and how we

can partner with them for interiors, furniture, and lifestyle solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Travel across Hyderabad and surrounding areas to identify new residential projects
  • Collect vital project information : architect, builder, site supervisor, project size, start / end timeline, budget,

etc.

  • Build relationships with registration officers, site engineers, brokers, and local contacts
  • Update a detailed, real-time project tracker
  • Provide on-ground intelligence for our business development team
  • Represent Altossa's luxury brand with professionalism and confidence

    • Who We're Looking For

  • Someone who loves the field and knows the streets of Hyderabad well
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Sharp eye for spotting high-end residential developments
  • Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi
  • Organized and self-driven
  • Previous real estate or architecture industry experience is a plus, but not mandatory
