We're looking for a Sales Development Representative who thrives on connecting with prospects, identifying opportunities, and building a pipeline that fuels growth. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our future clients—responsible for outbound outreach, inbound qualification, and setting the stage for successful partnerships. Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct targeted outbound outreach to generate high-quality opportunities for our sales team.
  • Research and identify ideal B2B prospects across industries such as SaaS, tech, and professional services using tools like , Apollo, and HubSpot.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect pain points and articulate how Digitalscouts' services—marketing automation, paid media, SEO, and RevOps—can address them.
  • Collaborate with marketing and revenue operations teams to refine messaging, lead scoring, and outreach sequences.
  • Schedule meetings and ensure smooth hand-offs to Account Executives, supporting pipeline health and conversion goals.
  • Track all prospect interactions and pipeline stages in HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide insights to marketing on lead quality, campaign performance, and messaging resonance based on your conversations.
  • Stay current on B2B marketing trends and competitive insights to continuously improve outreach efforts.

About You

  • 2–3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within a marketing agency or B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to hit or exceed sales activity targets (calls, emails, meetings booked).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills—you know how to engage and qualify decision-makers.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, paid ads, automation) and B2B buying processes.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated—you take ownership and move quickly.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
