Purpose of the role

The purpose of this role is to support the Head of PMO and Portfolio Manager in the GBO Project Management Office duties, mainly across tools / systems.

The role holder will be a part of the GBO PMO and will support project / initiative planning and delivery for all experience areas and GBO central teams. The candidate will become an expert on processes and tools of the PMO space, being a partner for key stakeholders across the organization.

Key Accountabilities

• Drive and improve system solutions, tools, and processes operated by the GBO PMO team in engagement with colleagues across the team and respective stakeholders.
• Engage with the experience area and central teams to understand their pipeline, consolidate needs across the GBO portfolio. In particular engagement (open fluid comms channel) with D&T PMO team about Plan View developments, PMO processes updates. To have external curiosity on best practises in the industry about PMO processes and tools
• Take part in the preparation of project portfolio governance (methodology) and monitoring materials for different stakeholders
• Support the Portfolio Manager and Head of PMO in project prioritization and resource planning
• Support the Portfolio Manager in the planning, co-delivery, and evaluation (recurring reporting incl. risk / issues) of projects across GBO experience areas

Continuous role in managing & maintaining the cadence of meetings and forums

Qualification and Experience :

Have Project Manager experience in PMO domain of 8+ years is desired.
