Job description

Job Responsibilities :

Teach English, Math, Science, and Social Studies to preschool and kindergarten students.
Deliver lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum and address all students’ learning needs.
Implement instructional strategies to help students develop strong language skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
Foster an engaging, dynamic, and positive learning environment that encourages active participation and curiosity.
Assess student progress regularly and provide timely feedback to parents and school leadership.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a holistic, integrated approach to education.
Follow school policies and procedures and contribute to school events and activities.
Participate in professional development opportunities to improve teaching practices and stay updated on educational trends.

Qualifications :

Proven proficiency in English language (speaking, reading, and writing).

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.

Experience teaching young children (preschool and kindergarten preferred).

Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.

Ability to follow lesson plans and tailor teaching to meet the diverse needs of students.

Passion for teaching and dedication to helping students succeed in a structured, academically challenging environment.

Flexibility, creativity, and excellent communication skills.

A strong desire to contribute to a growing and vibrant school community.

Desired Skills :

Experience in teaching English, Math, Science, and Social Studies to early learners.

Knowledge of classroom management strategies for young children.
