Job Description

  • Generate qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the assigned region / market – Outbound prospecting
  • Do research on companies / target audience, and build an effective sales pipeline
  • Initiate conversations with high-profile personas of companies you are prospecting
  • Be the brand ambassador of Adapt.io and pitch the company and our products to the prospects
  • Craft creative emails and campaigns to draw the attention of prospects
  • Manage Live chats from website

Required Skills

  • 1-4 years of work experience in any customer-facing IT sales role
  • Clear, comprehensive, and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs
  • Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning advanced technologies
  • Ability to cross collaborate with internal teams as well as end customers
  • Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and self- driven
  • Ability to manage your tasks independently
  • Flexibility in working in different shifts / regions. This is absolutely mandatory.
