Job Responsibilities
- Manage bench sales, including :
- Creating and utilizing Excel spreadsheets for data analysis and tracking
- Developing and editing Word documents for communication and reporting
- Setting up and managing Gmail accounts for professional correspondence
- Creating and optimizing profiles for candidate sourcing and networking
- Coordinating with candidates through virtual meetings using Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams
- Utilizing job portals effectively to post job openings and manage candidate applications
