Job Description :
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Search Product Manager to oversee the development and continuous improvement of our e-commerce search engine. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search journeys, UX principles, and e-commerce product management, with a focus on optimizing the search experience for millions of users.
Key Responsibilities :
- Product Strategy & Vision : Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the e-commerce search experience. Ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Search Experience Optimization : Drive improvements to the search experience (relevance, accuracy, speed) to ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Analyze user behavior, A / B test results, and product performance to drive decisions and prioritize search features.
- Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, UX / UI design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality search product enhancements.
- Search Algorithm Management : Oversee and refine the search algorithms, leveraging machine learning and AI techniques to improve search accuracy and relevance.
- User Insights : Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for improvement in the search experience.
- Roadmap and Backlog Management : Own the product roadmap for search, managing priorities, setting timelines, and ensuring the team delivers on time and within scope.
- KPIs and Metrics : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for search functionality and work towards achieving them. Use data to continuously optimize the search features and user experience.
- Innovation : Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in search and e-commerce, proposing new features or tools that can enhance the customer experience.
Requirements :
