CAMPAIGN SPECIALIST (SENIOR CON)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deep understanding of various digital and online advertising platforms and formats such as organic, PPC, Social, Display, Search, Email, video and associated metrics
- Conceptualize and execute Search, Display, Social Media and Email strategy for promoting the e-commerce platform / products on various platforms like FB, Twitter, Insta, Google and leveraging marketing automation platforms like SFMC etc
- Understand product marketing and growth strategies and work under the guidance of Digital Strategist to meet / exceed client objectives
- Setup and execute email campaigns on the marketing automation platform (using SFMC) including creation of customer journeys, choosing the right templates, fixing the content, audience segmentation, create various email lists and QA processes.
- Plan for digital sales, customer touchpoint management, cross sell / up sell and measure ROI at each step
- Manage day to day execution and operations of digital sales, lead generation and customer touchpoint and report ROI at each step.
- Proactively working to executing targeting strategies to reach and engage multiple audiences.
- Should be able to storyboard concepts for campaign, develop content strategy and work with Creative team to bring ideas to life
- Manage end to end creation of creative, perform A / B testing and make changes as per insights derived.
- Ensuring campaigns are maintained and optimized based on reporting insights.
- Participate in client calls & meetings working hand-in-hand with campaign managers and strategists to create goals and KPIs, then ensuring campaigns are performing as they should.
- Manages client expectations, bringing issues / concerns to Campaign Manager’s attention before they become problems, offering potential solutions, and advising of potential delivery delays
Desired Qualification
8-9 years of experience in running digital marketing campaigns on a large scale for US and UK marketsShould have good knowledge of all social and content marketing platforms.Must be number driven and ensures best CTRs, CPLs, CPQL and CPA through experiments and data analysis.Must pay attention to A / B testing details; and their results and should be able to prioritize and execute tasks simultaneously.Strong analytical mindset and hands on execution skills.An ability to work under tight deadlines.EY | Building a better working world
