Job Description

As a Power Platform Architect \ Senior Manager, you will lead our efforts to harness the

capabilities of the Microsoft Power Platform to drive digital transformation across our

organization. You will be responsible for designing and implementing high -quality, scalable

solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents. Your

expertise will guide our strategic direction in process automation, custom application

development, and data analysis, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing

ROI on technology investments.

  • Lead the development and execution of the Power Platform strategy, ensuring it

aligns with the overall business and IT strategies.

  • Architect and design solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and

    • Power Virtual Agents that meet business requirements and are scalable, reliable, and

    secure.

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of Power Platform projects, from requirements gathering to

    • design, development, deployment, and support.

  • Manage and mentor a team of Power Platform developers and specialists, fostering a

    • culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and

    • opportunities, translating them into technology solutions that drive value.

  • Establish best practices for Power Platform development, governance, and data

    • management to ensure consistent and high-quality outcomes.

  • Stay abreast of the latest Power Platform features, updates, and best practices,

    • incorporating them into our strategy and solutions.

  • Evaluate and recommend third-party tools and integrations to enhance the

    • capabilities of Power Platform solutions.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of Power Platform solutions, making

    • recommendations for improvements and enhancements.

    Essential Functions

  • Must possess a balance of analytical problem solving and strong interpersonal and

    • relationship development skills.

  • Excellent Stakeholder communication.
  • Knowledge of MS Power automate and power apps is must
  • Experience in Software Architecture and Design, Cross Technology / Cross Platform

    • Application Design.

  • Lead in organization initiatives, drives as part of COE, and architectural reviews of

    • other projects.

  • Proven experience as a Power Platform architect or in a similar leadership role, with

    • a strong portfolio of successful Power Platform projects. Min 10 enterprise projects

    Preferably a combination of Canvas & Model driven apps)

  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and its integration

    • with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high -performing

    • teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively

    • with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies are highly

    • desirable.
