About the Role :
We are seeking a HubSpot Marketing Hub Specialist to support our marketing stakeholders by managing, optimising, and troubleshooting HubSpot-related tasks. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, resolving technical challenges, and improving marketing processes within the HubSpot ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle data imports, exports, and cleansing to ensure high-quality CRM data.
- Maintain GDPR compliance by managing opt-in processes and permissions effectively.
- Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting HubSpot issues, ensuring minimal disruption to marketing activities.
- Assist with form creation and property management, ensuring seamless data capture.
- Support marketing users with lead management processes, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Assist in integrating HubSpot with other platforms and ensuring data flows correctly.
- Configure and manage HubSpot properties, sequences, and analytics to support marketing goals.
- Implement best practices for RevOps (Revenue Operations) within the marketing function.
- Work closely with marketing teams to optimise workflows and improve MarTech adoption.
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns using HubSpot’s automation tools.
