We seek a Communications & Design Manager who is both hands-on and strategic, with a background in communications and marketing . This role requires a deep understanding of grassroots outreach strategies , particularly for engaging diverse communities like nurses and migrant workers. You'll develop and execute marketing strategies, manage vendor agencies, and ensure brand consistency across digital and offline platforms. We are specifically looking for someone with experience in using online social media for lead generation , ensuring that marketing outreach is outcome-oriented and directly contributes to increasing leads. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using design and content tools to create high-quality, visually engaging assets that align with our brand.

Preference will be given to Mumbai-based candidates who can work in a hybrid setup at our Dadar West office as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that align with our objective of supporting Indian professionals to integrate better in destination countries.
• Design and produce marketing content (social media posts, ads, brochures, presentations, etc.) aligned with brand guidelines.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms, marketing materials, and messaging.
• Develop partnerships with relevant influencers, community groups, and digital platforms to expand the reach and drive high-quality leads.
• Engage directly with followers and potential leads through comments, DMs, and live sessions to nurture interest and drive conversions.
• Lead community-based outreach and engagement initiatives , using social science-driven strategies.
• Manage vendor agencies for localised outreach and digital marketing.
• Oversee social media, website content, and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate with the sales team to develop lead-generation materials.
• Track and analyse marketing performance, optimising strategies based on insights.
• Plan and execute virtual and in-person events to enhance brand visibility.
• Continuously optimise audience targeting based on insights, ensuring outreach is data-driven and results-focused.
