Position Summary :
In this role the incumbent will need to act as a representative of Service Delivery taking care of HR Operations along with Digital data management. Being SME, the incumbent is expected to possess following expertise / knowledge.
Key Activities & Responsibilities :
a) SuccessFactors :
- Employee Central Administration which includes hands on experience in o Creation / modification / deletion of Foundation Objects o Knowledge of position management o Background / technical working of SF like mass upload, RBP, ORD, hiring o Knowledge of SF – HRMS tools like EC, PM, GM, Succession, RCM o Creating & Scheduling the report on ORD as well on SFTP
- Data Audits post process implementation and continuous system improvements.
- RCM – Managing and supporting HR teams for resolving their queries on RCM
- Independently conceptualized and rolled out Analytics / Dashboard
- Support End Users RCM, EC, Goal Management, Performance Assessment, Compensation Cycle
b) Analytics :
Knowledge of reporting tools in SuccessFactors and PowerBI o Conceptualize and implement various dashboards like talent management, attrition, HR Data Audit at the same time evaluate opportunities and proactive present analysis o Provide support to COEs for making various dashboards basis their requirements o Being custodian of employee data, review data and provide insights for process improvements.c) HR Operations
Proactively seek HR process improvement initiativesSupported the development, testing, roll-out and training of the HR teams on new initiatives.Conduct UAT, SOPs, Training MaterialTrain the end users on using the tools. Organizing refreshers on EC, RCMHandle all activities pertaining to employee lifecycle management from on boarding to ExitMonitor and ensure employee probation evaluation and confirmation on system.Generating of Employee head count report from Success factorsEmployee File ManagementCompetencies Required :
Strong Communication Skills with employees / HR Management ▪ Excellent Coordination Skills especially during projects / new initiatives implementation ▪ Analytical & Project Management bend of mind ▪ HR Analytics – Compile different datapoints using spreadsheets, other tools and analyses data for information driven decision making and strategy planning. ▪ SuccessFactors Global Support, Implementations, System ▪ Proficient in MS Office
Education & Skills :
MBA / Diploma in HR Management ▪ BMS / B. Com ▪ Certification in HRMS tool like SAP, SuccessFactors ▪ 5 - 8 years of working knowledge in SF, HRMIS and HR Process
