About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Contract Recruiter to support our high-volume hiring needs for a 3-month period. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is comfortable making cold calls and sending cold emails to source and qualify candidates effectively.

You will be part of a passionate and collaborative recruitment team, playing a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across multiple roles, with a focus on volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively source candidates using various methods including cold calls, cold emails, job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and interest
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to submission
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain detailed and accurate candidate records in the ATS / CRM system
• Meet daily / weekly KPIs related to outreach volume, submissions, and interviews scheduled
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
