What You Bring to the Table
We’re looking for confident, entrepreneurial recruiters who know how to win—regardless of the vertical.
Minimum Requirements :
2+ Years of U.S.-Based Recruiting Experience – including at least 3 years supporting Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients.Cross-Functional Expertise – Source, screen, and coordinate hiring for light industrial positions including warehouse workers, forklift operators, and assemblers, ensuring timely placement to meet client staffing needs.W2 Focused – Skilled in placing U.S.-based W2 candidates who do not require future sponsorship.MSP / VMS & Direct Experience – Comfortable navigating both structured MSP environments and direct-to-client relationships.Exceptional Communication – Able to influence, persuade, and connect with candidates and clients at every level.Tool Proficiency – Hands-on experience with platforms like Bullhorn, Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, ZoomInfo, and more.
