Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual who has the ambition to move into an account executive role, as this is the ideal starting point.
Roles & Responsibilities :
BDRs will utilize HubSpot to qualify contacts, and ultimately give our sales team more qualified opportunities for gaining new customers
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion
Proactively reach out to prospects via various channels, (email, social media) to generate leads and schedule meetings
Strategize with management to target prospect accounts to fill pipeline and develop overall skill set
Continuously maintain and update HubSpot.
Achieve quarterly qualified lead / meeting quotas
Collaborate with the team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
Provide feedback to the sales team based on customer insights and market demands
