Job description

Role & responsibilities :

  • Categorization / Classification of bank transactions
  • Ensuring correctness of transactions booked in
  • Uncategorized Expense and Income Account
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Ensuring that the open items on Bank Reconciliation
  • Statement are correct in nature
  • Payroll Entry Bookkeeping and Payroll GL Reconciliation

Calculation and recording the following :

  • Depreciation
  • Amortization
  • Deferred Revenue
  • Prepaid and Accrual
  • Profit and Loss Statement Review and Analysis
  • Balance Sheet Statement Review and Analysis
  • Month Closing and Reporting
  • Drafting SOP as and when needed
  • Learning new apps and reporting tools required for client servicing responsibilities
  • Client Oriented
  • Managing client independently for regular work related items
  • Ensuring prompt and timely replies to clients communication
  • Attending to weekly client call with Team Leader to ensure client satisfaction
  • Handling client escalations if any with help of Team Leader
  • Nurturing client relationship
