Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI / ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in computer science, coupled with extensive practical experience in developing and deploying AI-powered applications. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing AI / ML models, integrating them with web applications, and contributing to the advancement of our AI capabilities. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying at the forefront of AI innovation.

Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI / ML models using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Utilize LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs to build and enhance AI applications.
  • Implement and optimize models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Develop and maintain AI / ML workflows, including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Integrate AI models with web applications through RESTful APIs.
  • Apply MLOps best practices for model lifecycle management, CI / CD for AI, and model monitoring.
  • Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI / ML development and deployment.
  • Utilize containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for scalable AI solutions.
  • Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines, Git, and automation frameworks.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI research and technologies, and apply them to improve our products and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
  • Communicate complex AI concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AI-related issues and optimize model performance.

Education : Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Technical Skills :

  • 3+ years of experience in building and deploying AI applications using Python.
  • Proficiency in AI / ML frameworks such as : LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs., PyTorch, TensorFlow.
  • Experience in AI / ML workflows, including data processing, model deployment, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, AI / ML fundamentals, and data preprocessing.
  • Hands-on experience in RESTful APIs and integrating AI models with web applications.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (model lifecycle management, CI / CD for AI, and model monitoring).
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines, Git, and automation frameworks.

  • Passion for exploring and implementing emerging AI technologies.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle AI challenges.
  • Strong communication skills to explain AI concepts to stakeholders.
