Role & Responsibilities
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Identify new opportunities for growth within existing clients in conjunction
- Provide input into the development of documentation for business development collateral
and support activities
Creating goals for the Business Development Team and business growth and ensuring theyare met
Documentation of business requirementsDocumentation of proposal, quotes, contracts, project scope and milestonesBuild contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunitiesMonitor industry developments relating to potential business opportunitiesUnderstand the client requirements and co-ordinate & communicate with the client &technical team
Coordinate with other departments to achieve customer delightDeveloping business partners in various countriesRequired Skills
Must have proven experience of selling software services in international markets.Experience in inbound or outbound salesStrong communication (verbal & written), presentation, organisational and interpersonalskills. Must be detail oriented and an active listener
Experience in market research, competition and feasibility analysisPassionate about IT industry and trendsGood email and sales pitch writing skillsProven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or arelevant role
