Sales Coordinator

Job Description

The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience , be proficient in Excel , and have a strong understanding of accounts, supply chain, stock management, and payment follow-ups . The role requires close coordination with various teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities :

1 Sales Coordination : Assist in day-to-day sales operations, ensuring seamless communication between departments.

2 Stock Management : Track stock levels, coordinate with the supply chain team, and ensure timely replenishment.

3 Payment Follow-Ups : Regular follow-ups with accounts and clients to ensure timely payments.

4 Stock Follow-Ups : Maintain updated stock reports and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability.

5 Excel Reporting : Prepare and update sales, stock, and payment reports using Excel.

6 Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination : Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and the supply chain team to manage orders and deliveries.

7 VM File Maintenance : Maintain Visual Merchandising (VM) files and ensure all store displays follow brand guidelines.

8 Documentation & Record Keeping : Ensure proper documentation of sales, invoices, and stock reports.

Requirements :

1. Education : Graduate in any stream

2. Experience : 1-2 years in sales coordination, preferably in retail – Skin and Beauty

3. Skills Required :

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Ability to manage stock tracking and payments follow-ups
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
