AI Dubbing Team Leader - Hindi

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dubbing Team Leader with a passion to incorporate AI advances within the industry to oversee and manage our AI Dubbing Production team. This role involves leading a team of specialists, ensuring high-quality dubbing output, and driving innovation in AI-driven voice localization for global content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media localization, audio production, and AI technology.

Responsibilities include :

• Lead and manage the AI Dubbing team
• Assign tasks and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee the end-to-end AI dubbing process, from script adaptation to final audio output.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and naturalness of AI-generated voiceovers.
• Monitor audio quality, lip-sync accuracy, and cultural adaptation in selected language(s)
• Implement quality assurance processes and conduct regular reviews.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth integration with AI voice platforms.
• Track team performance and optimize workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and localization preferences.
• Provide regular progress updates and manage client feedback.
• Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and industry standards.
• Lead the team in exploring new AI dubbing techniques and enhancements.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency in AI voice production workflows
