As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and visitors, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication within the company. We are looking for a friendly and organized individual who can make a positive first impression and represent our company professionally.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, ascertain their purpose, and direct them appropriately.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Manage and maintain a tidy reception area, including overseeing workplace hygiene protocols.
- Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries, and distribute as necessary.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings, such as setting up conference rooms and providing support during virtual gatherings.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, and place orders when necessary.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in using computer software, including MS Office and virtual meeting platforms.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced and sometimes demanding environments.Energetic and friendly personality with exceptional customer service skills.
