Life Sciences Technical Consulting (LSTC) provides services offering to the customers using Oracle Life Sciences products globally. The services include product implementations, upgrades and Drug Safety Case migration, Analytics, expert services on Oracle life sciences products and managed services.

Role description

Life Sciences Technical Consulting (LSTC) is looking for Principal consultant in Argus Drug Safety Data Migration space. Primary role of a consultant is to involve in requirements development including conduct workshops, Develop technical solutions, and Development and maintenance services to customers in Drug Safety Case Data Migration, upgrade, and configuration area on Oracle Life Sciences product- Argus Safety System.

Typical projects include implementation, configuration, customization, custom report development, Drug Safety case data migration from various sources, upgrades & enhancements of Oracle Life Sciences products on cloud. Principal consultant shall take complete ownership of requirement gathering, workshop, design, development, and product implementation cycles by providing Pharmacovigilance domain, Oracle products & services and solution skills in an individual as well as team capacity.

Key technical areas include, Oracle PL / SQL , PV Drug safety Case Data migration, E2B XML import, E2B profile updates, Argus upgrade, Argus Configuration.

Key Product Area : Argus Safety System, Argus Database, ARISg Life Sphere MultiVigilance (LSMV), Perceive PV Safety database, Clinical Works (CW), VigilanceOne, CubeSafety, Home Grown Safety System (Sapphire)

Key responsibilities include.

Involve in requirements development and workshops with customers.
Understand and analyze requirements.
Provide solutions and design as per the user requirements.
Prepare / Review / Modify design documents.
Development / Build and Test as per the design and user requirements
Perform design and source code reviews.
Develop / Review test cases and test scenarios.
Work with the other members of the team to perform the tasks and to achieve project objectives.
Provide technical support to the customer business team.
Support customers during validation and UAT.
Involve and work closely with the project lead / manager in the planning to accomplish the project goals.
Provide guidance in variety of technical concepts, practices, standards and procedures.
Understand and follow the process for the project and the business unit.
Work towards achieving the business objectives of the business unit.

Qualifications (Must)

Minimum 10+ years’ experience in the IT / Software solutions and services industry.

Good understanding of Argus Safety system functional knowledge

Good understanding of Argus Database

Strong experience in development of PV Drug safety Case Data migration, E2B XML import, E2B profile updates, Argus upgrade, Argus Configuration

Proficient in various PV safety source system Argus Safety System, Argus Database, ARISg Life Sphere MultiVigilance (LSMV), Perceive PV Safety database, Clinical Works (CW), VigilanceOne, CubeSafety, Home Grown Safety System (Sapphire)

Strong skills in Oracle PL / SQL.

Skills in Analytics, OAS, OAC , OBIEE, BIP good to have

Minimum of bachelor’s degree
