Role Overview :

As the Vice President – Business, you will be a pivotal member of the core leadership team, steering the company’s strategic and operational objectives. This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, a proven track record in driving P&L ownership, and expertise in developing and executing GTM strategies. The ideal candidate will lead the directors and core functional leads, overseeing the formulation and execution of Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies aligned with Prepladder’s mission and vision.
Collaborate with top leadership to define and implement long-term objectives.

P&L Management :

Own and drive the company’s profitability and revenue growth targets.

Monitor financial metrics and implement corrective measures to ensure fiscal health.

Business Development :

Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the company’s footprint.

Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and investors.

GTM Strategy :

Design and implement effective go-to-market strategies for product launches and market penetration.

Optimize sales channels and lead pricing strategies to enhance market competitiveness.

Leadership and AOP Planning :

Lead and mentor directors and core functional leads, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.

Oversee the development and execution of Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) to achieve organizational objectives.

Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence across teams.

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with a strong focus on P&L management, business development, and GTM strategy.

Proven track record of scaling businesses or entrepreneurial experience in building and leading a successful venture.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align diverse teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
