Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field. Previous experience in print design is a plus. Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency / studio environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Figma & motion graphics are a plus. Excellent communication skills. Eye for detail and knowledge of design principles. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Have a strong portfolio of creative graphic design work.
We are looking for an organized, efficient, and creative designer who is passionate about design and eager to make their mark in the Branding and Packaging field.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage projects from ideation to execution stage for branding, packaging and communication design. Work with the team to develop concepts and strategies for all the above.
- Managing timelines, understanding feedback and consumer insights. Passionate about the D2C and FMCG space. Experience in both is a plus.
- Working closely with stakeholders to ensure quality designs are delivered on time. Mentor a team of interns / junior graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.
Qualifications and Skills
Should have their own laptop.
