Key Activities

1. Develop and design creative assets for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.

2. Produce high-quality designs for print materials, including packaging, merchandise, and promotional items.

3. Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure design consistency across all brand touchpoints.

4. Translate ideas and concepts into visually engaging graphics that resonate with target audiences.

5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant design techniques to keep the brand fresh and innovative.

6. Ensure all design projects are delivered on time, meeting project specifications and brand standards.

7. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of quality.

Competencies :

1) Technical Expertise : Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and able to learn new tools as needed.

2) Understanding of brand principles and how to maintain brand consistency

3) Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
