Sybyl - Senior Finance Manager

We are looking for a seasoned and result-driven Senior Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial planning, along with proven experience managing a high-performing team. This is a strategic role that will contribute to the overall financial health and governance of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management.
• Ensure timely and accurate closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules.
• Ensure compliance with IND-AS / IFRS and other applicable accounting standards.
• Coordinate statutory and internal audits, ensuring adherence to audit timelines and recommendations.
• Lead the preparation and analysis of MIS reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Variance Analysis.
• Develop financial dashboards and models to support ongoing business performance tracking and strategic decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting accuracy, quality, and turnaround time.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with departmental stakeholders.
• Monitor actual vs. budgeted performance and provide actionable variance analysis.
• Manage timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory returns.
• Handle tax assessments and audits while coordinating with external consultants and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, payroll obligations, and statutory remittances.
• Lead and mentor a finance team of approximately 10 members across various verticals.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning through coaching, development planning, and performance management.
