Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
- Oversee compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
Taxation & Audits
Manage both direct and indirect tax filings and ensure full compliance.Coordinate with external auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring timely closures.MIS & Financial Reporting
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.Deliver actionable insights through MIS to support strategic decision-making.Cost Control & Profitability Analysis
Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and profitability improvement.Monitor budgets, control variances, and support business planning processes.Liaison & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.Ensure effective communication and relationship management with all financial stakeholders.Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure operational accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and performance excellence within the team.Qualifications & Skills
Education
Chartered Accountant (CA)Experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting; prior exposure to the logistics or supply chain industry is preferred.Technical Skills
Strong command over ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skillsCompetence in financial modeling and analysisRegulatory Knowledge
