Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in IT or related field Minimum 3.5 years of hands-on experience in a Techno-Functional OTM role Certification : Oracle SCM Global Trade and Transportation Management Cloud 2022 Implementation Professional Proficiency in SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and ALM Strong understanding of XML mapping and OTM integrations Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities Industry exposure to metals or logistics clients Familiarity with direct / multi-leg shipments, spot bidding, freight rate customizations End-to-end experience across Planning, SIT, UAT, Go-live, and Support phases

Key Responsibilities
- Configure OTM based on business requirements (X-Lane, Rates, Distance, etc.)
- Customize OTM components : screens, menus, agents, and integrations
- Perform and support XML mapping, inbound / outbound transmission setups
- Conduct regression, performance, and integration testing
- Troubleshoot and resolve OTM issues using BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Transmission Manager
- Collaborate with EBS and OIC teams on integration tasks
- Manage user roles, ACLs, VPD profiles, and Servprov setups
- Prepare documentation : Solution Designs, MD70s, User Manuals
- Deliver client training and "Train the Trainer" sessions
- Develop and manage BI Publisher reports and Oracle reports
