We’re looking for an experiment-hungry Growth Manager who can turn insights into impact. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to craft and scale growth loops across our our content solution stack. You’ll work closely with leadership, design and tech teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Define, execute, and optimize growth strategies across owned, and earned media channels.
Set up and run experiments to test hypotheses, validate traction channels, and accelerate pipeline growth.
Reachout to network and pitch Tikao Ai.Gency™ promise.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align growth goals with creative, tech, and sales initiatives.
Own the pipeline end-to-end.
Use AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and enhance campaign execution.
Initiate GTM strategies.

Non-Negotiables

Deep curiosity about AI and content at scale.

Hands-on experience with content solutions across user journey modules (B2B / D2C).

A self-starter mindset : quick to execute, learn, and iterate.

Based in Mumbai, with the ability to work from Malad West / Andheri West office (hybrid options available in select cases).

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in a growth, sales role with clear performance outcomes.

Proficiency in Ai tools and Social Platforms.

Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, user journeys.

Bonus : experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, or AI-led products.

Comfort in a fast-paced, experiment-led environment with constant iteration and learning.
