Requirements
Night Shift (Work From Office) Inbound and Outbound calling involved. (Not a sales process) Night Shift Voice Calling , Collaborating with team-members. Customer service executive, voice, customer support. Follow approved workflows in responding to customer inquires. Ability to speak English accurately and clearly. Required Candidate profile Few years of Call Center experience is ideal for this role. Freshers or Experienced candidates who can speak multiple regional languages are preferred - Hindi, Telugu and Malayalam Experience in any industry is okay. Candidate must be able to talk friendly.
