About the role
This role will be responsible for making necessary changes to processes or standards in operational plans in order to establish outside sales strategies.
Role Responsibilities :
Lead Overall P&L for Light commercial & VRF business for the region
Responsible for Sales & service for network of region.
Create & execute plans to maximize share of segment for brands of LC & VRF.
Be the point of contact for Channel partners for complete region & manage escalations.
Overall responsibility of Service operation like PM / Calls / Spare management.
Lead region operations in a matrix organization.
Work with stakeholders within the function & across the organization for efficient management.
Team management & skill development
AR management
Drive EH&S across region
Minimum Requirements :
8-10 years of relevant experience
Channel & key accounts management skills
Project management skills
Capable of working effectively with cross functional teams
Self-driven & go getter attitude
