Clovio Consulting is seeking a Certified Workday Time & Absence Consultant to join our team and help drive successful Workday implementations and optimization projects for our clients. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Workday Time and Absence modules, ensuring the system meets client requirements and integrates seamlessly with other HR and payroll solutions. This is a client-facing role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Workday Time & Absence Implementations :
- Lead the full lifecycle implementation of Workday Time & Absence modules for clients, from requirements gathering through to post-go-live support.
- Configure and customize Workday Time & Absence functionality, including Time Tracking, Absence Management, and related modules, ensuring alignment with client business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors, to ensure smooth integrations and data flow across systems.
- Conduct configuration reviews, testing, and validation to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
Consulting & Solution Design :
Act as a subject matter expert for Workday Time & Absence and provide strategic guidance on best practices, process improvements, and system optimization.Work closely with clients to understand their HR and workforce management needs and design solutions that meet their goals.Provide recommendations on system functionality, including time entry, absence policies, accruals, and reporting.Training & Support :
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users, HR teams, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of the Workday system.Provide ongoing support post-implementation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system enhancements are delivered as needed.Assist clients in navigating new Workday releases and updates, ensuring they are informed and up-to-date on system changes.Project Management & Collaboration :
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.Coordinate with internal teams, including project managers, business analysts, and technical teams, to ensure successful project delivery.Assist clients in change management initiatives to promote user adoption and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Continuous Improvement & Optimization :
Evaluate existing processes and configurations to identify areas for optimization and improvement.Stay informed of Workday product enhancements and industry trends, and proactively recommend solutions to clients.Lead the development of best practices and internal documentation to streamline project execution and knowledge sharing across teams.Requirements
Certification in Workday Time & Absence is a must.3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Time & Absence implementations, including configuration, testing, and post-production support.Strong knowledge of Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Workday Reporting.Experience in working with clients to understand and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.Project management skills, with experience managing timelines, budgets, and resources in a consulting or client-facing environment.Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.Ability to travel (if applicable) to client sites as needed.Requirements
