Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site Product Specialist role located in Bengaluru.

What You'll Do at HireQuotient :

  • Build and Maintain Understanding : Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AI technology in the hiring space, including its constraints, strengths, and weaknesses in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Understand Workflows : Gain insights into the workflows and use cases for recruiters and hiring managers using EasySource.
  • Define Vision and Strategy : Craft a vision and strategy for AI-driven user experiences, motivating model research, and guiding product development with clear requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership : Collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional partners across Design, Engineering, Customer Success and Data Science to prioritize model improvements across a variety of features.
  • Set Strategy and Priorities : Work closely with Engineering to set strategy and priorities for teams and projects.

We’d Love to Hear from You if You Have :

  • Experience : 1+ years of product management experience.
  • Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in shipping and iterating on AI features that drive significant impact.
  • Fast-Paced Environment : Experience working in a dynamic, highly ambitious environment.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • AI Proficiency : Experience in AI model training, evaluation, and iteration.
  • Effective Communication : Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively at various organizational levels, including senior stakeholders.
  • Start-Up Mindset : A passion for the fast-paced, ever-changing start-up environment,
  • Highly motivated and ready to hustle.
  • Scalability : Experience in scaling AI solutions across multiple teams through established frameworks and best practices.
