Note : We are looking for a Startup Enthusiast, currently working with Founding team on critical hiring. Preferred an immediate joiner or less notice period.

Job Locations : Pune Or Bangalore

Talent Acquisition :

• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract and retain high-caliber non-technical and technical professionals.-
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.-
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence to best practices.-
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Work very closely with founders on CXO role's hiring

Note : Its a 6 day's working organization but Saturday's are always work from home.
