Job Description
- Provide technical support for Windows operating systems, specifically Windows 10 and 11, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Utilize remote desktop support tools to assist users effectively and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Assist with the management of Active Directory and Group Policy, including user account management and policy enforcement.
- Demonstrate basic networking knowledge by resolving connectivity issues related to TCP / IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Document support processes and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10 / 11), including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.Experience with remote desktop support tools to provide efficient and effective user support.Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy management for user account and permission control.Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP / IP, DNS, and DHCP to troubleshoot connectivity issues.Proven experience in technical support or a related field.Excellent troubleshooting abilities and a strong attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.A positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.Requirements
