Key Deliverables / Responsibilities

• Site surveillance (spot check, Controlling the repair rate, conduct Tool box talks)
• Managing and controlling the welding consumable issue, Training the welding foreman & welding performance monitoring.
• Overseeing the activities of Welder qualification and updating the same in the ERP system
• Qualification of welding procedures to various codes of fabrication and meet the requirements of customer specification
• Standardization, procurement and Testing of Consumables
• Trouble shooting on shop floor and failure analysis
• Monitoring of welding quality and analyzing repair to take corrective action
