• Candidates with strong background in Finance (B. Com / M. Com / C.A. (PEII) / MBA (Finance))
• 7-10 years, experience in Commercial real estate, preferably US markets
• Knowledge of commonly used industry database / tools (Argus, CoStar, REIS, RCA, etc.) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills.
